This page explains, in plain language, what information QubeStream collects through qubestream.dev and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Emails you send us and phone calls you make to us, including any details you choose to share, such as your name, your business and how to reach you.
• Messages you send through the contact form on this site: your name, email address and note. We also keep a private copy on our web server so no request gets lost.
• Booking details you enter when you book a consultation through our Google Calendar booking page. Google handles that page under its own privacy policy, and we receive what you enter there.
• Chat conversations, once the AI chat assistant is added to this site. What you type into the chat is saved so we can respond and follow up.
• Basic technical information that our web host records automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
• A scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address when you use the contact form, kept for one hour to stop repeated or automated submissions.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for. Technical logs are used only to operate and protect the site.

We don't sell it

We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and deliver our services, such as our web host, and only as much as they need to do that work.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page.

Asking us to delete your information

Email dev@qubestream.dev and ask us to delete your information, including any contact form messages we keep on our server. We'll confirm when it's done.

Changes to this page

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
